After returning to the United States, from Japan, Cecilia became a CND Grand Master, Shellac Pro, Certified Medical and Advanced Nail Technician and Safe Salon Rating accredited, other certifications include well known industry names like IBX, DazzleDry and LCN, becoming an advocate for not only client satisfaction but also healthy and sanitary practices that meet and exceeds the industry's state board standards.
